As someone who has witnessed incredible change due to technology and evolving expectations in all segments of our industry, I fully understand the need to change with the times.  However, there are some elements in operating a business the “right way” that will always apply. For example, we consider the following as simple, yet not necessarily common in today’s business world.

  • Tell the customer the truth:  Sounds simple, but not always common.  We shoot straight.
  • Be prepared:  We value your time and needs.  We will be prepared.  This will show that we respect you and your business, and will be a great FF&E resource. 
  • Manage finances properly:  We always pay our vendors promptly, and we make agreements for our customers to pay us on a timely basis.  We have never lost any money due to bad debt and we have never had payment issues with our vendors.
  • Think long term:  Don’t just think about today or tomorrow, think about next year and beyond.  
  • The business world is changing at a rapid pace. Companies need to adapt or else they will be left behind…or worse. We endeavor to keep up with changes in the industry.
  • Commitment to customer service:  This can never be said too often.
